Q3: Can you engrave my logo on the jewelry? Do you supply OEM/ODM services?
A3: Yes. Custom logos and OEM/ODM are both accepted. Our factory specializes in jewelry manufacturing for 16 years.

A5: Our factory and showroom are both in Panyu, Guangzhou, you are welcome to visit!
Q6: I received the item is broken, what should I do?
A6: Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoided because of rough handling by
shipping workers. In this case, We can help you to repair it for free.
Q7: Do you offer after-sales warranty service?
A7: Yes, we will refund or resend products if fading, stones fall off, and other quality problems are found in the 1-month receipt
of goods. Furthermore, we offer a 1-year after-sales warranty service, but you need to pay the shipping charge.
